Advance Urgent Care offers two Covid-19 tests to help keep you, your family and our community safe. 

PCR (Nasal Swab) will detect if you are actively infected with the COVID-19 virus. This test detects genetic material of the virus using a lab technique called polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The medical assistant will collect fluid with swab from nasal or throat. PCR tests are very accurate.

Antibody IgG (Blood Test) will detect if you have had prior exposure to COVID-19 and have developed antibodies to the virus. As COVID-19 is a new virus, it is unclear if the presence of antibodies definitely offers immunity. Most experts recommend still practice the precautions measures.
